Free Medical Scans for Underserved Kenya
Tesla Wellness Foundation delivers free ultrasound scans and medical screenings to rural communities, expectant mothers, and elderly patients across Kenya — because every life deserves a diagnosis.

Why This Matters
Too Many Kenyans Cannot Afford a Simple Scan
“For millions of expectant mothers and elderly Kenyans, a basic ultrasound scan remains out of reach — not because it doesn't exist, but because they cannot afford it.”
Kenya has made remarkable strides in healthcare infrastructure, yet deep inequalities persist. In informal settlements, rural counties, and underserved communities, expectant mothers go through entire pregnancies without a single scan. Cancers go undetected until they are untreatable.
Tesla Wellness Foundation exists to close that gap — bringing world-class imaging technology directly to communities, free of charge, through mobile outreach programs across all 47 counties.
0%
of maternal deaths are preventable
Early antenatal ultrasound screening can prevent most maternal deaths in Kenya.
0%
of Kenyans lack healthcare access
More than half the population lives more than 5km from the nearest health facility.
0%
of cancer cases diagnosed too late
Late-stage diagnosis drastically reduces survival rates for breast and cervical cancer.
KES 0+
average cost of one ultrasound
A prohibitive cost for families earning below Kenya's daily minimum wage.

About Us
Who We Are
Tesla Wellness Foundation is a charitable initiative of Tesla Healthcare Enterprise Ltd — Kenya's leading medical imaging solutions provider.
We exist to close the gap between life-saving medical technology and the communities that need it most. Millions of Kenyans — expectant mothers, elderly men, and families in rural counties — have never had access to a single ultrasound scan. We are changing that, one community at a time.
Through mobile outreach camps, we deploy portable ultrasound machines, trained sonographers, and medical teams directly into informal settlements, rural villages, and underserved counties across Kenya — completely free of charge to every patient.
Our Mission
Our mission is to bridge the diagnostic gap in underserved communities through free obstetric ultrasound outreach and cancer screening, while building local resilience against the health impacts of a changing climate.
Our Vision
To be Kenya's leader in Preventive, climate-resilient Pre-hospital ultrasound diagnostics, ensuring every vulnerable expectant mother and community has access to life-saving wellness screening healthcare.
“Outreach Scans. Life-Saving Results. Sustainable Impact.”
Our Motto
Compassion
Every patient is a person, not a statistic. We show up with dignity and care for every community we serve.
Access for All
Geography and income should never determine who receives a diagnosis. We bring the clinic to the community.
Clinical Excellence
Backed by Tesla Healthcare Enterprise Ltd, every scan is performed by trained, certified medical professionals.
